Assistance in Managing Life Stages and Transitions

Transitioning to a new stage of life can be difficult. That’s why Prestige Community Care Services is available to help participants navigate life transitions. We may assist with a variety of life stage transitions, such as starting or changing schools, moving home or into supported housing, and even being more involved in the community. We help participants plan for change, including establishing skills to deal with the stress that change might cause. We tailor our approach to each participant’s talents and needs. All of this is intended to assist participants in meeting their short- and long-term objectives.

We offer assistance with scheduling (daily, weekly, and/or long-term). This is to ensure that the support offered is helping a participant achieve their life stage transition goals. We may also assist with the budgeting process to ensure that expenses are planned for and paid when due. Supports in this registration group are designed to help participants better coordinate their various supports while also improving their ability to live independently and be active in their communities.
