Prestige Community Care Services firmly encourages our valued clients, their families, carers, advocates, external agencies, and devoted employees to provide complaints, praises, and feedback. We appreciate your feedback not simply when things are going well, but also when:

  • Something has made you dissatisfied
  • You feel you’ve been treated unfairly
  • There are areas that need improvement
  • Procedures had not been followed correctly
